Yesterday's creation... technically keto-friendly, and I absolutely loved it!
Ingredients
- I tub creme fraich (see picture below)
- 1/2 a cup of grated cheese (I used cheddar and parmesan)
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- Heaps of black pepper
- Mozzarella cheese to top
- Sliced almonds (optional)
Method
- In a pot over gentle heat to melt cheese
- Place 1 bag of thawed cauli florets in an oven proof dish and pour cheese sauce over, top with grated mozzarella and sliced almonds if you wish
- Bake in a hot oven about 180 degrees C for 30 minutes until cauli is soft and mozzarella is golden
